Kris De Clercq, MBA, Owner and Lecturer

Kris has lectured finance to managers for more than 25 years in Europe and Eastern Europe. He is teaching for a UK and Austrian based business school as an associate lecturer in finance topics such as "Issues in International Finance and Investments"," Corporate Finance" and "Issues in IFRS". His industry experience is over 30 years working for asset managers, investment banks, global custodians in the UK, Luxembourg and Belgium. He received a university award for innovation in finance teaching and learning.

Dr. Johannes Hofinger, MBA, FRM, Partner & Lecturer

Johannes Hofinger is specialized in Risk Management, Basel III, IFRS and regulatory reporting. His professional skills are reinforced by strong academic roots. He lectures for global business schools in corporate finance, managerial accounting and financial reporting. The main roles undertaken are lecturing, consulting and project management.

Dr. Patrik Buchmueller, Partner & Lecturer

Dr. Patrik Buchmueller has more than 20 years experience as regulator and risk manager in the financial sector. He has worked for German Banking Supervisor BaFinand for various public and private banks in Germany. Since 2018 he acts as consultant for central banks, and international banks in Germany. He also lectures at university level in the fields of risk management & economics an has published several books on risk management in the financial sector. Working for BaFin he had been member of Basel Committee of Banking Supervision’s Subgroup on Operational Risk Management and other workgroups between banking supervisors in the European Union and in Germany.

Dr. Nico Binsfeld, MBA, Partner & Lecturer

Dr. Nico Binsfeld holds a Doctor of Business Administration, a Master of Science in Engineering and an MBA. He has over 30 years of experience in different engineering and management positions in media, telecommunications and IT, having held CEO positions of different SMEs in Luxembourg. He currently works as consultant for the “Agence pour le développement de l’emploi” were he is involved in different projects related to vocational training and digital transformation. Nico also has over 12 years of experience as an Associate Lecturer on the MBA programme of a triple accredited global business school covering “Foundations of Senior Management”, "Strategy" as well as the final, evidence-based management module "Making a Difference". In that role, he has worked in Luxembourg, Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, the UK, Ireland, Romania, Austria and Russia.

Bruno Bosch, MBA, Partner & Lecturer

Bruno Bosch has over 25 years of experience in international financial management. He has held a number of CFO positions in US and Belgian based companies. He has large experience with M&A, international financial reporting, financing, private equity, financial engineering and international tax planning. He also lectured at MBA level in “Corporate Financial Strategy” and “Accounting” in Brussels, Paris, Zurich and The Hague for a triple accredited global business school for over 15 years. He is also author and co-author of several books on company valuation, investments and tax management

Maureen Whitehead-Lausman, MBA, Partner & Lecturer

19 years associate lecturer in General Management, Financial Strategy and Corporate Strategy for a triple accredited global business school. 20 years’ experience developing and delivering training programs for large and medium sized companies including in Germany, China, USA, Singapore, Ethiopia, South Africa, Russia and Romania. Qualified coach and mediator, certified to deliver MBTI instrument and 360 degree feedback. Leadership, value based management and finance for non-financial managers at middle and senior management level are a particular interest.

Kris Blommaert, MBA, Partner & Lecturer

Kris Blommaert has over 20 years of international experience in both finance and general management for local and European based organisations and businesses. He has been an associate lecturer at a triple accredited global business school for 10 years at MBA level. He has lectured "Managing Performance and Change" and "Management Perspectives and Practice" in Belgium, Switzerland and France.

Joris Kersten, MSc, BSc, RAB, Partner & Lecturer

J.J.P. (Joris) Kersten MSc BSc RAB (1980) performs business valuations, prepares pitch books, searches and selects candidate buyers and/ or sellers, organises financing for takeovers and negotiates M&A transactions in a LOI and later in a share purchase agreement (in cooperation with (tax) lawyers). He is associated to ‘AMT Training London’ for which he provides training in Corporate Finance/ Financial Modelling at leading investment banks in New York, London and Hong Kong. This for example at Morgan Stanley New York, Morgan Stanley London and Nomura London. Joris also associated to the ‘Leoron Institute Dubai’ for which he provides finance training at leading investment banks in the Arab States of the Gulf. This for example at Al Jazira Capital in Saudi Arabia. In addition, Joris provides lecturing in Corporate Finance & Accounting at leading Universities like: Nyenrode University Breukelen, TIAS Business School Utrecht, the Maastricht School of Management (MSM) and the Luxembourg School of Business.

Paul Kleinbart, Partner & Lecturer

Paul Kleinbart is a multilingual trainer and consultant, specialising in financial services and management. During more than 20 years, he created, operated and managed a wide variety of financial services in diverse areas that range from securities settlement and custody to investment fund administration. Since May 2001, Paul’s primary focus has been on transferring his knowledge of financial services and management through training and consulting.
