PROGRAM OUTLINE for this 1 day course in English

Use AI to work smarter and save time — without technical knowledge
For managers and professionals who want to get started with AI or have already experimented without clear results. Spend less time on repetitive tasks, more focus on what truly matters. One training. One clear approach.

WHAT CHANGES AFTER THIS TRAINING?

You will be able to:

  • Work faster on routine tasks: Drafting, summarising, preparing, analysing — AI takes over the mechanical work so you can focus on thinking and deciding.
  • Always get usable output: Most people get poor results because they don't know how to ask. You'll learn a simple and reliable way to write prompts that work.
  • Use AI for your real work: Communication, meetings, analysis, planning and problem-solving — fully aligned with what managers do on a daily basis.
  • Stay in control: AI makes mistakes. You'll learn how to recognise them, check them, and prevent them from impacting your work.
  • Work within the rules: You'll get a clear framework for what you can and cannot enter into AI tools — and how to stay within your organisation's guidelines.

Syllabus

Module 1 — What is AI (09:00 – 10:15)

Most managers have heard more about AI than they have actually used it. This module creates clarity and provides an honest picture of what AI is and how you work with it.

  • What AI is — and what it is not (in plain language, without technical background)
  • How language models work and why AI sometimes makes mistakes
  • The landscape explained: ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Gemini, Grok — what they are and when to use them
  • Where AI is truly good at — and what you should not expect from it
  • How AI is already being used today in organisations like yours

Result: A clear mental model of AI that you build on throughout the day

Break (10:15 – 10:30)

Module 2 — Where AI saves managers the most time (10:30 – 11:45)

AI is only valuable if it saves time on work that matters. This module translates AI into your daily work.

  • Analysis of your work week: where does your time go?
  • The 5 domains where AI has the most impact:
    • Writing and communication
    • Analysis and interpretation
    • Preparation and research
    • Planning and structuring
    • Learning and understanding
  • Self-analysis: your top 3 opportunities
  • What AI cannot replace: judgement, relationships and accountability

Result: You know exactly where AI creates the most value for you

Module 3 — How to talk to AI: the art of prompting and techniques (11:45 – 12:45)

The difference between good and poor AI output almost always lies in the prompt. This module teaches you how to master that.

  • Why many people get poor results
  • The structure of a strong prompt: context, task, format, constraints and examples
    • COSTAR(-F) → best for clear structure & communication
    • Chain-of-Thought → best for reasoning
    • ReAct → best for AI agents / tools
    • CoVe → best for accuracy
    • Prompt chaining → best for complex workflows
  • Practical exercise: improving weak prompts
  • Common mistakes and how to avoid them

Result: A reliable method for working with AI — for every task

Lunch break (12:45 – 13:30)

Participant feedback

  • "My team now communicates faster, more clearly and loses less time on routine work. That is the result of one day of training for five people. The ROI is easy to calculate." — General Manager, SME, 120 employees
  • "What I appreciated was the honesty. No overselling, no promises that AI cannot deliver on. Instead, a very practical framework that I applied the very next morning to my weekly planning and email preparation. A compact day, with lasting results." — Project Manager, consultancy firm
  • "I am not technical and had my doubts. But this training requires no technical knowledge — only the willingness to work differently. The 30-day plan I took with me helped me move beyond good intentions. Three months later I still use AI every day." — HR Director, healthcare institution
