During these three days, you will learn about what it really means to manage and lead people and how these two approaches differ. You will get input into different leadership styles as well as key micro-skills for people managers, such as listening, questioning and artful impact feedback. Furthermore, you will work towards identifying your own leadership identity. In order to create a productive and inspiring work environment you will learn to focus on key motivators and link those to (organisational) performance, with a focus on goal setting, coaching and performance reviews. The program rounds up by looking at key ingredients for effective teamwork and trust and look at how you as a manager can have an impact on those.
